Design of Public, Amenity, & Units Areas

This project is located on Whyte Avenue in Edmonton; in the neighbourhood of Old Strathcona. The client requested a design of various phases on the site & I closely worked on Phase 1 - Site 4; design of the interiors layouts, finishes, furnishings & produce the 3D renderings. The client requested creating inviting amenity spaces that appeals to a younger generation.
