The project aimed for strategic urban and landscape development design proposal of the Domtar Lands in Ottawa. The proposed development aimed to create an underground artery through a central axis overlooking the Chaudière Falls. 

The tunnel design aimed to create spaces for the public used in the summer and winter as well as activating the above surrounding streets & the river.
