TRU DEVELOPMENT SITE

NEW HOTEL, OFFICE, & RETAIL

Feasibility Study for New Development on TRU Land

The site is located at the intersection of McGill Road & Summit Drive / University Drive & is part of TRU master plan. Retail is most viable on McGill corridor anchored by the Superstore and surrounding large scale retail. Smaller retail hub would be successful within a mixed-use, pedestrian –focused campus heart. According to TRU Masterplan, the site falls under the uses of (commercial, retail, student housing, market housing, tower, & hotel).
